Return Window
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. The return period starts from the day you receive your order.
Extended Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 1 and December 25 can be returned until January 31 of the following year.
What Can Be Returned?
Eligible for Return
- Items in original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed items
- Items in original packaging
- Watches with unremoved protective film
- Jewelry in original boxes
- Bags with protective dust bags
Not Eligible for Return
- Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged by customer
- Items without proof of purchase
- Gift cards
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused: Items must be in brand new, unused condition
- Tags Attached: All original tags must be attached and intact
- Original Packaging: Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included
- No Damage: No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Return
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order containing the item you want to return
- Click "Request Return" and select the item(s)
- Choose a reason for the return
- Submit your return request
Step 2: Package Your Item
- Place items in original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Print and include the return label we email you
- Secure the package to prevent damage during shipping
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Attach the prepaid return label to your package
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
- Keep your tracking number for reference
- We'll email you when we receive your return
Refund Process
Processing Time
- Received:Within 3-5 business days after you ship
- Inspected:Within 2 business days of receipt
- Refund Issued:Within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Appears in Account:5-10 business days depending on your bank
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Gift Cards: Instant store credit
- Loyalty Points: Points restored immediately
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund for:
- Items not in original condition
- Missing tags or accessories
- Items damaged by customer (not our fault)
- Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
Exchanges
How Exchanges Work
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Use the refund to pay for the new order
This ensures you get the item you want faster, without waiting for the return to be processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll send a replacement immediately at no additional cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Customer-Paid Returns
For standard returns (change of mind), you have two options:
- Prepaid Label: $7.95 deducted from your refund
- Your Own Shipping: Use any carrier, keep tracking number
Important: We recommend using tracked shipping for returns. We're not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping for instructions and to receive a return authorization number.
- Returns must be shipped with tracking
- Customs duties are not refundable
- Original shipping costs not refundable
- Allow 2-4 weeks for international return processing
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take clear photos of the damage or defect

- Include your order number and photos
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a solution

Order Cancellations
Before Shipping
You can cancel your order free of charge if it hasn't shipped yet. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

After Shipping
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
